Data Deletion Policy

At Pavans Group Techsoft Private Limited, we respect your privacy and provide users of the Expense Manager App with full control over their personal data.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the following methods.
Method 1: Delete Data Within the App (Recommended)
You can quickly delete your account and data directly from the app by following these steps:
- Open the Expense Manager App and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Account section.
- Tap on the Delete Account option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
Once confirmed, your account and related personal data will be permanently deleted.
Method 2: Request Data Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
Please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@expensemanager.app
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the email address or username associated with your account so we can locate your data.
Please note that email deletion requests may take up to 10 business days to process. Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email.
Data Removal
When your deletion request is completed:
- Your account information will be permanently deleted.
- Your personal data associated with the account will be removed from our systems.
- This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
